Our first encounter was in the  school corridors, yet meaningful conversations only sparked during our matric year. Monique was navigating through a high school romance, while Sheldon seemed to harbor a budding interest.

2014 witnessed their initial outing, which intriguingly didn't lead Sheldon to reach out to Monique afterwards. Fast forward to 2016, their second "first date" unfolded, setting the stage for a flourishing connection.

By 2017, just six months into dating, we decided to cohabit in a place just across the street, humorously close due to Monique's dad's wish to keep her nearby.

In 2021, we welcomed Colton, our little bundle of joy, into the world. His arrival has brought boundless happiness and love into our lives.
